Overview: GRAIL, the innovative company behind the Galleri test, is the title sponsor of the Galleri Classic PGA TOUR Champions golf tournament in Rancho Mirage, CA. For the second annual tournament, Engine Shop Agency partnered with GRAIL to create memorable hospitality experiences for B2B customers and engaging on-course brand activations for tournament attendees.
Engine Shop Agency handled all creative for the entire week-long event including assets for custom UX/UI website, décor and furniture, all digital and print marketing for Galleri House, Guest Management, Hospitality, and On-Course Activations.
The Galleri House consumer journey took place on Wednesday and Thursday of the tournament week and was attended by VIP guests for an exclusive dining experience with a thoughtfully planned journey. The two night dinner included a branded entrance moment, an illuminating timeline highlighting Galleri’s milestones, an intimate cocktail reception, a delicious 4 course meal uniquely curated by celebrity chef Cat Cora and an interactive seating chart that doubled as a gifting moment with tasty treats at the end of the night.
The Galleri on the Green consumer journey took place during the Galleri Classic where VIP guests and tournament attendees experienced the Galleri brand through various on-course touchpoints. Uniquely created assets include greenery, brand-colored florals, branded décor, premium food and drinks, as an elevated environment for VIP guests to watch the golf tournament in the prestige Skybox. A branded putting green area was available at check-in and throughout the course. A Galleri branded mobile phlebotomy lab offered onsite testing for eligible tournament attendees across from a lunge area to provide comfort and shade.

o 18,000+ people attended the Galleri Classic tournament and increased brand exposure
