Overview: The ‘Spirit of Delta, the Spirit of Giving’, is an employee engagement campaign that celebrates and highlights Delta members on the positive impact they have on the business and each other, the Delta Family. 1200 employees attended the event throughout their workday as this experience was held on the Delta Headquarters in the Delta Flight Museum.
Engine Shop Agency handled all creative for the entire event including a CARE Carousel, custom luggage tag engagement, CARE tag wall where attendees were encouraged to write notes to inspire others, a custom photobooth, interactive code in color wall, 2D digital and print assets, décor and furniture.
What is The Care Fund? 40 years ago, 3 Delta Employees rallied their colleagues to buy their struggling company a plane – fondly named the Spirit of Delta. After this unprecedented employee-led act of altruism, Delta Executives followed suit creating the Delta Care Fund, an ongoing give-back initiative to take care of employees in need. To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Spirit of Delta, a new campaign took flight: The Spirit of Giving
